Coaching As I See It
Coaching is helping to bring out beauty—internally & externally. Internally, I help people see & bring to life their inner beauty, while also helping them build something beautiful. We creatively put our brains together to co-create a powerful relationship that facilitates reflection, insight, growth, and change. Most importantly, I believe coaching on leadership helps a person feel more self-connected—to harness their own wisdom to live a more self-aware and intentional life.

I don't just consider you the expert of your own experiences—I also leverage curiosity & awe to help you make sense of how those experiences shape who you are becoming. I cultivate a courageous enough environment to help people talk more openly about their vulnerabilities, fears, wishes, and desires.

Who I Love Working With
I have a soft spot for “firsts”—people who are the first in their family or community to navigate uncharted territory. First to go to college. First to step into a new profession or leadership role. First to chase a personal record nobody around them has chased. First to build something that speaks to their soul with no blueprint to follow.
I think of these people as trailblazers, building the path while they're already walking it. I love working with people who believe the world can look different than it does now—people willing to break and redefine social and cultural norms because, if it isn't obvious already, the world needs to change for the better.
